Summary
Neil is the older brother of Eliza and shares her villainous, cruel, and brutal nature, often displaying gloating and cowardly behavior. Despite these traits, he maintains a high opinion of himself, considering himself the best. Together with Eliza, he consistently schemes to force Candy out of Saint Paul.
