Summary
Noro serves as a high-ranking leader within the Aogiri Tree and acts as a direct subordinate to the One-Eyed King. Physically, he is a bulky man with black hair, which appears red in the anime adaptation, tied back in a ponytail. He is characteristically seen wearing a mask that features an exaggeratedly large mouth and nose, and his fingernails are black, resembling those of Uta. Due to his constant silence, his inner thoughts remain a mystery, and he appears to communicate solely through actions rather than words, creating an intimidating presence. During a confrontation with Gourmet, Yomo, and Uta, he was observed carrying a clock, leading Tsukiyama to speculate that he is subjected to a curfew similar to that of a child. From the perspective of a typical ghoul, Noro consumes an absurdly large amount of meat. He possesses exceptionally strong regeneration abilities, capable of healing even after having his head and arms severed by Yomo and Tsukiyama, as well as recovering from a stomach wound inflicted by Uta. Additionally, he wields a very thick kagune equipped with a mouth and razor-sharp teeth, which appear to allow him to consume food.
