Summary
Sakurano Shuuichi serves as the student council president and stands as the primary representative for his school. He shares a deep friendship with Subaru Imai, dating back to their elementary school days. During their time in the High School division, the pair once disguised themselves as ghosts in search of a victim. Sakurano possesses three distinct Alices: teleportation, intuition, and wish or prayer, which functions as telepathy. Because he knew Mikan’s parents when he was young, he and Subaru feel a strong protective bond toward her, vowing to shield her regardless of the circumstances. Sakurano created an Alice Stone for Mikan that tracks her movements, and it was this specific stone that aided Mikan in reaching Natsume during the Alice Stone game. He holds a fondness for Mikan and assists her frequently. A special chapter revealed that he and Subaru used to exchange insults and were subsequently caught by Jinno, resulting in detention. In his youth, Sakurano displayed an arrogant demeanor, particularly toward Subaru, while maintaining a pleasant facade with everyone else.
