Saitou, Kenichi
Summary
Saitou serves as both Koyuki’s swimming and guitar instructor. Although he once competed in the Olympics, his dream of securing a gold medal remained unfulfilled, leading him to dedicate his life to helping others improve their swimming techniques. While he presents himself as loud, demanding, and exceptionally strict when overseeing swimming activities, his demeanor softens significantly when he is out of the water. In these moments, he becomes more open and even seeks Koyuki’s guidance regarding his romantic interest in Momo. Additionally, Saitou is an enthusiast of British rock music, with the fictional group Rocket Boys serving as his favorite band in the anime.
