Summary
Tom is a ship captain and a longtime friend of Toriko. He possesses the unique ability to instantly determine a person's weight as soon as they step onto his vessel. In addition to his nautical duties, he serves as a merchant, purchasing ingredients captured by Toriko to sell them.
