Summary
Shinsuke’s mother is a frail, elderly woman with sorrowful eyes who falls ill. Her first appearance occurs when Jin and Mugen invade her home in search of Shinsuke after receiving a tip; she outright denies having a son. Shinsuke returns home much later, and she attempts to question him about his dangerous dealings, but he remains evasive. The following morning, she encounters Fuu loitering around the house and mistakenly assumes the young woman is Shinsuke’s girlfriend. The two engage in conversation, and Fuu quickly forms a bond with her.
