Summary
Izumi is an airheaded young woman who struggles to focus on more than one thing at a time. Her mind frequently wanders, and she often creates a commotion by tripping over things. Despite her seemingly fragile demeanor, Izumi is actually quite tenacious and finds it very difficult to change her mind. She considers Niikura to be the cutest person ever and treats her like a little sister, always carrying a camera to capture anything she finds cool. Izumi appears to be the only person in the City who expresses gratitude toward Honkan, who grows increasingly infatuated with her during their encounters.
