Summary
The Older Bin-Brother and his sibling are masked ghoul executives serving within the Aogiri Tree. Operating primarily in the 11th ward, they command a significant number of subordinates among the local ghouls. Both brothers are staunch adherents to the ideology of the one eyed king, placing their loyalty firmly behind his cause. In combat, they utilize a Kagune of the Bikaku type. Despite their prominent roles within the organization, they were never assigned individual names, remaining known only by their collective title.
