Summary
Mirei Yajima is a first-year female student who joined Genshiken after witnessing Ogiue's manga poster drawing demonstration. Like Yoshitake, she is a fujoshi, though she is less overt about it. Yajima has a stocky build and prefers wearing men's clothing. Despite knowing the backstory behind Hato's cross-dressing, she struggles to accept it and frequently tells him to stop. Additionally, she works as one of Ogiue's paid assistants on her professional manga, handling tasks such as erasing pencil lines and general page cleanup.
