As the 9982nd iteration of Misaka Mikoto’s clones within the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun series, this character holds the distinction of being the first clone encountered by Mikoto in the narrative timeline. She serves as a central figure in the Radio Noise Project, where she and her sisters are forced to act as combat targets for Accelerator. The ultimate goal of this cruel experiment is to push Accelerator to achieve Level 6 status through the act of defeating them. Unlike her more passive counterparts, Misaka 9982 possesses a distinct personality marked by a deep curiosity about the outside world.
