Summary
Felipe serves as the chancellor of Tres Espana, a role he holds despite being the nation's military leader. He harbors a deep aversion to war and dislikes his official position, yet feels unable to resign from it. Instead, he longs for an ordinary life, preferring to occupy his time with mundane tasks such as sweeping floors or purchasing groceries. Although half-elves face discrimination within Tres Espana, Felipe treats them as equals. He rescued many of them during the Battle of Lepanto, including Juana, and can often be found visiting them in the slums to play chess.
