Paeta
Summary
Paeta is a middle-aged man with light brown hair who serves as an Admiral and Fleet Commander for the Free Planets Alliance. He operates out of the Flagship Patoroklos, commanding the 2nd Fleet. He first appeared in the movie My Conquest is the Sea of Stars, where he held the rank of Vice Admiral. Despite his high position, he is widely regarded as an incompetent fool and serves as a prime example of the stagnation that has plagued the war for so long.
