Summary

Ferdinand serves as the head priest of the Ehrenfest temple, where he also acts as the patron and educator for Myne. He dedicates himself to training her to become a proper shrine maiden and noble lady. A serious, disciplined, and pragmatic individual, Ferdinand possesses a somewhat fussy nature that compels him to shoulder numerous responsibilities, including overseeing Myne’s education. Despite his high social standing, he adheres to meritocratic principles, harboring a strong disdain for incompetence and laziness. This rigorous approach has earned him a reputation as a harsh disciplinarian willing to dismiss anyone who fails to meet his exacting standards. It is this same emphasis on worthiness that led him to favor Myne from their initial encounter, deeming her a worthy candidate for his instruction.
