Summary
Shiori Takamiya is Masumi’s fiancée, a beautiful, cultured, and wealthy young woman whose marriage of convenience was arranged by Masumi’s father to benefit both families. Despite her privileged status, Shiori suffers from poor health. She is deeply in love with Masumi, who does not return her affection. As she gradually realizes that Masumi harbors feelings for Maya, Shiori’s mental state deteriorates, and her love for him becomes increasingly obsessive.
