Summary

Masumi Ageo is a twenty-three-year-old educator who recently took on the role of teacher for the Tulip class. She is characterized by her general nervousness and suffers from panic attacks when confronted with large groups of children, a situation that occurs daily in her line of work. However, a significant transformation occurs when Shin-chan removes her glasses; her vision blurs, triggering a drastic personality shift that renders her aggressive and fearless. This change was notably demonstrated in her debut during episode 281-2, titled "The New Teacher Acts Weird." Throughout the series, her fixation with Kuroiso evolves, with the manga depicting it as admiration while the anime portrays it as romantic interest. As the story progresses, she becomes increasingly extroverted, though she never fully achieves the level of extroversion the term implies.
