Synopsis

In this comedic action-adventure movie, radical eco-activism takes center stage as it humorously examines the relationship between parents and children. Mamoru Shizan, the recently elected mayor of Futaba Town in Kasukabe-City, Saitama Prefecture, publicly promotes environmental causes but covertly heads the eco-terrorist organization "SKBE: Save Keeping Beautiful Earth." His plot involves turning people into animals through a special drink. After Hiroshi, Shinnosuke's father, consumes the beverage and becomes a chicken, and his mother transforms into a panther, the Nohara family joins forces with the enigmatic Victoria and the partially animalized Kasukabe Defense Forces to stop Shizan's evil scheme.
