Summary
Reisen Udongein Inaba is a moon rabbit who fled to Gensokyo roughly three decades ago to escape a conflict between Earth and the Moon. In her new home, she serves as an apprentice to Eirin, a pet to Kaguya, and a caretaker for Tewi. She possesses the ability to drive humans insane through hallucinations projected by her eyes and can communicate telepathically with other rabbits. Additionally, she controls various types of waves, including light, brainwaves, and electromagnetic waves. Her name is a composite of two nicknames: "Udongein," given to her by Eirin, and "Inaba," a term Kaguya uses for all rabbits.
