Summary
Sakura Ushikubo is the daughter of the head of the Ushikubo Medical Manufacturing Group and appears in the series as Kei’s first omiai partner. Although she views Kei as a "dark lord" rather than a "prince" and does not consider him her type, she sees him as a viable spouse because his capabilities would benefit her family’s enterprise. Deeply valuing honesty, she loathes dishonesty in line with her family’s motto. Her friendship with Hikari develops due to the latter’s straightforward nature. Sakura attends the same school as Yahiro and occasionally collaborates with him on plans, regardless of their moral alignment. She falls in love with Jun at first sight, recognizing him as her ideal "prince," and accepts his split personality. They begin dating shortly after, though her forceful demeanor leaves her unsure if Jun reciprocates his feelings until he explicitly admits that he does. Sakura’s first appearance occurs in volume 4.
