Mobei-jun, also known as 漠北君, is a towering and strikingly handsome figure whose godly aura naturally repels others from afar. Though he maintains a cold, reticent demeanor, Shen Yuan observes that he occasionally reveals glimpses of underlying kindness. As a pure-blooded second-generation noble from a prestigious family controlling territory on the northern boundary of the Demon Realm, Mobei-jun operates with the silence and independence of a shadow. He answers to no one except Luo Binghe, to whom he pledges unwavering loyalty. Originally the Demon King, Mobei-jun’s reign ended when Luo Binghe decisively defeated him in a fateful confrontation. Forced to bow in allegiance, Mobei-jun became Luo Binghe’s right-hand man, executing sinister tasks such as murder and arson to support Luo’s ambitions. This symbiotic relationship is bolstered by Mobei-jun’s strategic prowess and unique demonic abilities. He has mastered the art of conjuring black ice swords that can multiply into hundreds, allowing him to besiege enemies from all angles with pure demonic energy. While these swords render conventional defenses futile, Mobei-jun cannot fly upon them like typical cultivators. He also possesses teleportation skills, using dark shadows to traverse vast distances instantly. Throughout the tumultuous events in the Demon Realm, Mobei-jun remains an enigmatic presence defined by his immense power, inherent darkness, and absolute devotion to Luo Binghe.
