Summary
Sumiko Kawai serves as the manager of the Kawai Complex. While she projects a kind, cheerful, and optimistic demeanor, she is actually quite strict and feared when it comes to enforcing the complex's house rules. The tenants find her homemade pudding irresistibly delicious. Additionally, she is the sister of Ritsu's grandfather.
