The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior

Synopsis

Kazunari Usa, a first-year high school student, moves into the Kawai Complex boarding house after his parents relocate for work. Hoping for a peaceful life away from eccentric individuals, he soon realizes the complex is anything but normal. His fellow residents include: Shirosaki, his roommate, a pervert with masochistic tendencies; Mayumi Nishikino, a nearly alcoholic working woman who harbors a strong aversion to romantic couples due to past negative experiences with men; and Sayaka Watanabe, a seemingly innocent college student who enjoys teasing men. Disappointed by the lack of ordinary people, Kazunari considers leaving until he meets Ritsu Kawai, a timid senior student, and begins to develop feelings for her.
