Chiriko, whose true identity is Doukon Ou born under the star Extended Net, serves as the youngest and most brilliant of the seven Celestial Warriors of Suzaku. Hailing from Jozen in western Kōnan, he is initially introduced as a thirteen-year-old student preparing for civil service examinations. While he possesses a leaf flute for combat, his exceptional intellect is intrinsically linked to his status as a Celestial Warrior; without this power, he reverts to being an ordinary child with limited cognitive abilities. This dependency, combined with his physical frailty and young age, causes him significant frustration.
