Summary
Sui Higure is the eldest daughter of the Higurashi family, the central bloodline of Tobimi Village, and the older sister of Higure Akane. She serves at Tobimi Shrine and holds a symbolic role within the community, acting as the "Mofuji Yaki Shrine Maiden" during the annual autumn festival. Although she possesses an elusive yet optimistic personality and is gifted in every endeavor she undertakes, she remains somewhat distant from many people while maintaining her role as a caring older sister. Sui previously suffered from a chronic illness that left her so frail she was confined to a wheelchair, but following nearly a year of hospitalization, she made a full recovery and returned to the village.
