Ja'far
Summary
Ja'far is a twenty-five-year-old general standing 172 cm tall, hailing from an unknown birthplace. He is defined by his expertise in assassination and his intense dislike for idleness, while his primary weakness is a short temper that makes him easily angered. As one of the eight generals, he commands the weapon household's vessel, Balalark Sei. His devotion to Sinbad is absolute and bordering on obsessive; he harbors murderous intent toward anyone who insults his leader and often worries so deeply about Sinbad’s reckless behavior that he nearly faints. Due to this singular focus, Ja'far rarely wears anything other than official attire, possessing only one set of normal clothes which Sinbad gifted him when he was fourteen. The character’s name is derived from Ja'far ibn Yahya, also known as Ja'far al-Barmaki, a historical Persian vizier to Harun al-Rashid who appears in the One Thousand and One Nights stories.
