Summary
Tetsu is a young boy residing in Rush Valley, a town located in southern Amestris. Following an unexplained accident that necessitated the replacement of his right leg with an automail prosthesis, he depends on Atelier Garfiel for all his mechanical maintenance and repairs, placing his trust particularly in the shop's new and pretty apprentice, Winry Rockbell. While Winry was away in Central City for an extended period, Tetsu was among the clients who contacted her by telephone. During these calls, he enthusiastically urged her to return quickly and cheekily remarked that he would much rather have a pretty girl like Winry working on his leg than the chief engineer, Garfiel.
