Summary
As the leader of a group of Ishvalan survivors, he provides care for Scar whenever the latter is injured in Central City. Following the mercenary raids targeting the Ishvalan camp in Central, he relocates his group further south. Although he remains unnamed in both the anime and manga, the episode Marcoh's Notes identifies him as the grandfather of Rick and Leo.
