Shuichi Wagatsuma is an acquaintance of Shirogane who operates a bar called Bar Still, where he is typically addressed as Master. Despite his blindness, he possesses Reiken that enables him to detect spirits and Kokuchi. He also has the capability to heal others, though the process is somewhat painful.
