Summary
Julia serves as Let’s girlfriend and acts as a sisterly figure to Haru’s group. She is a feisty blonde who is loud, rowdy, and not above resorting to violence to achieve her goals, a personality that stands in stark contrast to the cool and calm demeanor of Let. She can often be found hanging out at a bar. Like Let, she possesses the ability to transform into a dragon. In her past, her dragon form was under the control of Jegan. Because Jegan loved her and witnessed her failure during the dragon ritual, he placed a dark curse on her to ensure she remained by his side.
