Nishikigi Chisato is a seventeen-year-old during the first seven episodes who turns eighteen starting from episode eight. Born on September 23 with an AB blood type, she is widely regarded as the most powerful Lycoris in history. While she takes pleasure in handling private-sector issues that the Direct Attack (DA) refuses to touch, she also works cheerfully at Café LycoReco, where she serves as the self-proclaimed poster girl.
