Summary
Vice-Admiral Tsuru, known as the Great Tactician, serves as one of Sengoku’s direct subordinates stationed at the Marie Joie Sanctuary. An elderly woman who resembles Dr. Kureha in appearance, though she looks even older than her counterpart, she attended the Shichibukai gathering to select a replacement for Sir Crocodile.
