Hayate Gekkou is a twenty-three-year-old male ninja from Konohagakure, born on November 2nd. Standing at 5'7" and weighing 128 lbs, he has AB blood type. His given name, Hayate, translates to "quick as wind" or "hurricane," while Gekkou means "moonlight." Before his current status, he worked as an examiner, a role he fulfilled during the preliminary rounds of the third Chuunin exams. Details regarding his full capabilities are scarce, though he is known to wield a katana and possess exceptional speed, notably demonstrated when he intervened to stop Neji from attacking Hinata.
