Summary
Sumiko Kobayashi serves as the class teacher for the Junior Detective League at Titan Elementary. Although she is fundamentally a kind individual, she initially earned the moniker "the witch" among her students due to her stern demeanor. This harshness stemmed from a past traumatic experience and her innate stage fright. After Conan and the Detective Boys assisted her, her attitude softened considerably. Impressed by their investigative skills, she eventually took on the role of their manager. Additionally, when wearing contact lenses, she bears a striking resemblance to Officer Sato.
