Summary
Clare serves as the central protagonist of the series. Initially, she holds the rank of 47 within the organization's 78th generation, marking her as the lowest-ranked claymore. She also holds the unique distinction of being the first person to voluntarily undergo the transformation into a claymore. After saving Raki from a youma, she takes him under her protection, largely because he reminds her of her younger self.
