Summary
Eiichiro Takeba is the father of Yukari and one of the scientists employed by the Kirijo Group during the Shadow Incident in 1999. Although he attempted to expose the corporation's dangerous and unethical experiments, the company pinned the blame for the accident on him. Eiichiro perished while recording a video message intended for Yukari, which Ikutsuki subsequently altered to manipulate SEES.
