Tsukuba, Hiroshi
Summary
Hiroshi Tsukuba is a skilled flying glider pilot who witnesses Neo-Shocker soldiers attempting to abduct a group of scientists. He lands his glider and successfully drives the abductors away. Later, after sustaining critical injuries from a Neo-Shocker mutant, Dr. Keitaro Shido, who is also held captive by the organization, persuades General Monster to allow him to convert Tsukuba into a cyborg warrior. Dr. Shiba performs the procedure to save Tsukuba's life. Hiroshi Tsukuba subsequently awakens as the new warrior of justice known as Skyrider.
