Justiceman is classified as a Perfect Choujin hailing from Switzerland on Earth, boasting a Choujin Kyoudo power level of 15,000,000. He made his debut in Manga Chapter 198 and Anime Episode 82B, where he played a pivotal role in ending the long-standing conflict between Goldman and Silverman. Originally appearing simply as Justice with a silhouette strikingly similar to Ramenman, this characterization was later retconned during the Perfect Origin Arc. It was revealed that he is a Perfect Origin figure known as the God of Judgement, who provided the two rivals with swords to decisively end their dispute. His true appearance features a helmet adorned with a long chain draped behind his head, which connects to the Scales of Justice. His trademark techniques include the Oki Armlock and the Judgement Penalty.
