Summary
Once known as the Crystal Alchemist, Marcoh served as the primary researcher behind the development of the Philosopher's Stone. Overcome with guilt after discovering that his work was utilized during the Ishval War to slaughter countless innocents, he abandoned his role as a State Alchemist and absconded with his research to ensure it would never again fuel such devastation. Operating under the radar of the military and assuming the guise of a physician, he now employs the Red Stone he created to provide healing to the ill.
