Summary
Szilard Quates is an immortal alchemy teacher who has lived for two centuries driven by a singular, obsessive curiosity: to uncover the secrets he currently lacks knowledge of. He achieved immortality during the 1711 incident aboard the Advena Avis, a seemingly geriatric figure who has spent the subsequent 230 years relentlessly pursuing the formula for the immortality elixir. Unable to claim the secret directly, he dedicates his existence to discovering it through any means necessary. Quates is an apathetic and violent individual who will stop at nothing to achieve his objectives, acting solely on his own will to satisfy his insatiable desire for forbidden knowledge.
