Summary

Ushiromiya Eva, born on October 21 with type A blood, is the second child of Kinzo. Although marriage typically severs a woman’s ties to her birth family, she retained her place in the Ushiromiya lineage by having her husband Hideyoshi adopted into the clan and giving birth to George, Kinzo’s first grandchild. Her interests include martial arts, cooking, Hideyoshi, and George, while she harbors a strong dislike for reptiles, particularly snakes, as well as smoking. Eva presents a cheerful and mischievous exterior, but is also sinister and greedy. She maintains a hostile relationship with her older brother Krauss, actively rallying the other siblings against him during their struggle for the family inheritance. She also holds disdain for Krauss’s wife, Natsuhi, because she lacks Ushiromiya blood. Believing George to be the rightful head of the family, Eva treats the servant Shannon cruelly, suspecting the girl of being George’s lover. Beneath her insidious nature, Eva treasures her husband and son above all else, though she worries that she is too domineering toward them. She is highly skilled in various martial arts and is renowned for her excellent cooking abilities.
