Keikei
Summary
Keikei is a young boy residing with his older sister, Rangyoku, and Enho. Originally from Wa Province, the siblings lost their parents toward the end of Jokaku’s reign, a period marked by the exile of all women in the country. Following the ascension of the new ruler of Kei, Keikei was thrilled by the positive news. The pair eventually settled in the province of Ei, where Rangyoku assisted Enho with domestic chores. Their home was later attacked by youma, but they were rescued by Chuu Youshi, a young woman who had arrived to study under Enho. Keikei and Rangyoku quickly formed friendships with her.
