Summary
As a mobile suit pilot serving Zeon, he participated in the assault on the Federation ship White Base alongside Char Aznable. The two engaged the RX-78-2 Gundam in combat while the vessel was attempting to re-enter the Earth's atmosphere. The prolonged duel dragged on until gravitational forces pulled their units down, causing both his Zaku II and the Gundam to be incinerated by the intense frictional heat of atmospheric entry.
