Haruchiyo Akashi, widely recognized by his alias Haruchiyo Sanzu, serves as the Vice-Leader of the Kanto Manji Gang. His history within the criminal underworld is extensive, dating back to his role as the Fifth Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang, a position he held two years before the formation of the Kanto Manji. Later, he aligned himself with Yasuhiro Muto, joining the ranks of Tenjiku. In an alternate present timeline, Sanzu holds the prestigious position of Number 2 within Bonten.
