Summary
Serving as the president of the Journalism Club, Lilicia holds the fifth spot in the school's popularity rankings, narrowly missing a place on the Student Council. She maintains a contentious rivalry with Kurimu and exhibits an intense fear of Chizuru. While she publicly condemns the Student Council for their perceived laziness and frequently attacks Ken, accusing him of being a two-timer, her sister Elise suggests that these actions stem from romantic feelings. Despite her efforts to defame the council, Lilicia ultimately shares a mutual respect with its members.
