Continues the story of Student Council's Discretion
As the vice president of Hekiyou Academy's student council, Ken Sugisaki dreams of nothing more than lounging around with a harem of cute girls, snacking on treats, and playing games. Usually, student council seats are decided by elections, but the highest-scoring student also gets a spot—and Ken earned his place through intense studying after previously having poor grades. His ultimate desire is to be surrounded by adoring female admirers. But Ken's fantasies don't match reality. The council's female members constantly shut down his attempts to get closer, focusing instead on what he considers boring duties like planning school events and overseeing other clubs. Even so, Ken refuses to give up on his whimsical goals.

Sugisaki Ken's hard work and top grades earned him a spot in the Student Council at Hekiyou Private Academy—his idea of paradise. Once inside, he sets out on his bold scheme to build a personal harem out of his four female colleagues: the agelessly youthful president Sakurano Kurimu; the composed, kind-hearted yet extremely sadistic secretary Akaba Chizuru; the tomboyish, fiery vice-president Shiina Minatsu; and the ethereally beautiful but enigmatic treasurer Shiina Mafuyu. Since then, every day has been a blast, but Graduation Day is approaching. Does this mean the end of their carefree times?
