Summary
Killy serves as the protagonist, burdened with the grim mission of locating a human possessing the Net Terminal Gene within the Megastructure. This objective is essential for accessing the Netsphere. To aid him, he utilizes a Gravitational Beam Emitter, or GBE, a compact yet formidable weapon capable of carving holes miles long through the structure’s walls. His solitary journey is eventually joined by Cibo. Appearing to be in his early to mid-twenties, a claim supported by his comment that his growth period has ended, Killy presents a somber demeanor. He rarely smiles, though he does so with manic intensity when firing his weapon, and typically stands with a slight slouch. Unhesitating in combat, he is quick to draw and use his GBE. He also demonstrates superhuman resilience, surviving impacts that send him crashing through solid floors and walls, only to rise moments later without any visible injuries.
