Kujou, Kazuya
Seiyuu / Dub
Summary
Standing at 168 cm, Kazuya Kujou is the protagonist who has long struggled to emerge from the shadows of his highly successful siblings. As the youngest son of a soldier, he worked tirelessly to compete with his brothers for parental attention, only to realize that adults viewed the youngest child as inherently spoiled and useless, rendering his efforts futile. Carrying the permanent emotional scars of this rejection, he abandoned the military academy in Japan and fled to study abroad at St. Marguerite before his family could intervene. Upon arrival, his appearance, coupled with the student body’s superstition that a traveler arriving in spring brings death, led to him being branded the "Reaper" and remaining completely friendless. Through a twist of fate, he becomes the messenger and companion to the school’s most eccentric pupil, Victorique. Although he initially disliked her arrogant demeanor, he eventually developed a protective care for her. Victorique describes him as a sincere individual with a pure and beautiful soul capable of admitting pride. Despite the trauma of his past in Japan, he remains proud of his identity as a soldier's son.
