Summary
Known as Perm because of his permanent waves, he stands tall and thin, a stark contrast to Kousuke Shirai, who replaced him and Megane and possessed a much heavier build. Perm undergoes the most significant growth among the group, notably becoming the sole member of the Stormtroopers to have a visible girlfriend.
