Summary
Hamura Ootsutsuki is the son of Princess Kaguya Ootsutsuki and the fraternal twin brother of Hagoromo Ootsutsuki. Together, they were the first two individuals born with the ability to wield chakra. He served as the ancestor of the Hyuuga clan and established himself as the founder of the shinobi on the moon.
