Stationed at Fort Briggs as an Amestrian State Military Officer, Captain Buccaneer serves as a close subordinate to Major General Olivier Mira Armstrong. Embodying the Briggs philosophy of "Survival of the Fittest," he is abrasive and suspicious, preferring to strike first and ask questions later. He appears to relish combat and violence, frequently employing vicious animal metaphors in his speech. Buccaneer is deeply distrustful of strangers and offers harsh treatment to those he does not know well.
