Saraku
Summary
Saraku serves as a Level 4 operative for the organization MEMBER. He possesses the ability Kill Point (死角移動, Shikaku Idou?), which translates to Blind-spot Movement. This power allows him to teleport directly behind his target; however, because he cannot calculate the theoretical value of the 11th dimension, he must know his opponent's precise location to activate the technique. His story concludes when he is brutally tortured to death in an attempt to extract information from him.
